What hours are you open?

All of our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Our Peabody office is open evenings and weekend afternoons for urgent visits; these appointments are available no matter which office you usually attend. See our Locations page for more information.

How do I make an appointment for my child?

Our offices have automated phone menus that will direct your call to the appropriate person. These vary slightly between offices, so please listen carefully. In our Peabody office, press 2 to schedule a sick appointment, medication follow up, consult or prenatal appointment. Press 3 to book, a well child physical or a recheck appointment.

What happens when I leave a message for the triage nurse?

Please click Calling Instructions for complete details on leaving messages for triage.

Who do I call if the offices are closed & I have questions?

After 5 p.m., all office phone lines transfer you directly to the Peabody office (978-535-1110). If you have questions about your sick child after all offices are closed, the automated menu will tell you how to reach our answering service. You will be put in touch with the on-call triage nurse, who can answer your questions. If necessary, the on-call pediatrician can speak with you as well.

Can I speak directly with the doctor?

Our triage staff is highly trained, and our providers trust their judgement. Our triage nurses also confer regularly with our doctors if they have questions or concerns. If, after speaking with triage, you would still like to speak with a provider, the triage nurse will certainly pass your specific question on to them. Please be advised that there may be a wait for a return call from your provider.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We ask that all patients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, to complete any required paperwork and to get checked in. Please bring your insurance card and be prepared to pay any required fee (co-pay). Please notify our staff of any changes in your contact information, so our records may be updated. Though our doctors do their best to run on time, occasionally you may experience a wait. Please feel free to bring small items to keep your child entertained, but be advised we do not allow food and drink in our waiting rooms due to food allergy concerns.
