Richard P. Lipman, M.D.

Richard Lipman, M.D., F.A.A.P., co-founded P.H.C.A. in 1969. A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, he earned his M.D. with honors. He completed his residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, where he served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics. Following military service as Assistant Chief of Pediatrics at the U.S. Army Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany, he completed a fellowship in Infectious Disease at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, NC. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Lipman is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Tufts University School of Medicine. He has served as the Chief of Staff at North Shore Children's Hospital and has received various awards and national recognition from the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is the author of numerous scientific publications in the field of pediatrics and infectious disease. Dr. Lipman practices in our Peabody and Salem offices.
